| The 15th-century Gothic-Renaissance Vukasovic Palace in the town center is the site of the town's museum, which has a good collection of local architecture and botanical specimens. There is also a collection of modern artifacts (1914-45) and another showing the development of Glagolitic writing and printing.
The Senj City Museum can be found in the former palace of the Vukasovic family. The building was constructed in the fourteenth and fifteenth century in the Renaissance and gothic style. The museum was founded in 1962 and it contains an archaeological, under water archaeology, glagolic painting, history of Senj, Bunjevac ethnological, flora and fauna collection. There is also a display of weapons and military equipment. The museum also contains a small collection of local paintings.
