Description:
This church started out life as a wooden votive chapel built in thanks for deliverance from invasion by the Ottoman armies. It is not known exactly when, but it records show that it existed by the first half of the 17th century. The altar is decorated with a painting of the Three Kings. The church gained the status of a parish in 1976 and at that time it was in poor condition. It has recently been restored, creating the fine and spacious church we see today in pure white with an unusual spire.
