| Buzet’s local history museum was opened in 1963 in the old Bigatto place and in its collections are copies of medieval frescoes, from the chapel of St Mary of Magdalene, in the archaeology department as well as plaster casts of Glagolitic inscriptions. In the ethnological and historical collections are exhibits about the era of the Istria national revival. A notable exhibit is the Buzet earring. |
