| The museum in Cres can be found within the Arsan building or Gothic Petris Palace. Here Frane Petric, a Renaissance philosopher and writer was born. The museum contains a large collection of 2nd and 3rd century B.C. amphorae and archaeological items as well as a small library with items dating from the time of a Venetian and Austrian ruling. |
