Description:
This castle built by Peter Zrinksi is situated close to the centre of Cabar and has been modified several times over the years but is still well preserved. The town was owned by Peter Zrinski as a serf settlement, who stabled the first iron forge and smithy in Cabar during 1651. Close to the castle is the seventeenth century church of St Anton of Padua which is in the baroque style.
