| The church of Sv. Katarina is located at the western edge of Lom pod Storžičem Vally. The presbytery, the bell tower, the statue of St. Catherine from the first half of the 16th century, and the stained-glass window in the baptistery all speak of the church's Gothic past. Between 1726 and 1730, the church underwent a Baroque conversion. The gilt altar of St. Catherine bearing the date 1726 and supposedly being the work of the Jamšek workshop was installed in the renovated church. On one side of the martyr is a statue of Rok and Barbara, and on the other a statue of Marjeta and Štefan. Between them in niches there are statues of James the Elder and Florian. In the attic there is a statue of God the Father. The altar is adorned by another four statues of small angels. |
