| FEST Directorate is a public institution of a particular importance for the culture. |It was formed further to the decision of the Assembly of the City of Belgrade in 2002, with the task to organize and realize two major Belgrade film festivals: FEST and the Festival of Documentary and Short Film.
The Directorate is also engaged in other affairs in the area of cinematography, marketing, organization of events and festivals, publishing, and culture. |
