The Martinskapelle chapel of the local hospital goes back to a 1299 foundation of the priest of Gars, Magister Heinrich. Today the chapel also serves as sacral museum for gravestones from the baroque era up to the Empire. The Martinskapelle chapel is a building that is entirely built up in the West and South and partly in the East. The fittings are neo-Gothic and were donated as a contribution in 1908 on the occasion of the governance jubilee of Emperor Franz Joseph.
