Description:
The building was erected in early 1800 on the same place where once stood a temple, probably built around 1690, when the plague that struck the area of Fasano left unscathed Locorotondo, of miraculous intervention of the Saint of Montpellier. Fine examples of local art of the 700 are the canvas of St. Irene and the statue of the Saint.
