Convent of the Jesuits, it was built in the seventeenth century. The church is ispired to the church of S. Ignatius in Naples, with a white façade divided by four pilasters and cornices, a Greek cross, with barrel-vaulted nave, narthex and chancel. In 1767 the Jesuit Order was exiled and the college was donated to the Institute of the Monte di Pieta, that with the Brotherhood of Sacro Monte di Pieta was dedicated to orphan care. After 1938 the school was run by various religious orders of women, until 1972 when he moved to lay staff. Today the convent is the headquarters of the prefecture of the new province of Barletta-Andria-Trani.
