The collection is located in the Basilica of the Holy Sepulchre, one of the most important churches of Barletta, Includes several frescoes and paintings, jewelery and especially sacred, many coming from Palestine. Among the most important are: Patriarchal Cross twin, containing the relic of the Holy Cross, brought in Barletta in 1291 by the Patriarch of Jerusalem Randulphus; cubic Tabernacle with Christ in Majesty in a mandorla with evangelists and two angels, copper and enamel champlevé, from the early decades of the thirteenth century; Eucharistic Dove worked with gilded copper engraving and embossing, dating from the end of 1100 and no later than 1240; Gothic monstrance of the twelfth century; Jerusalemite Breviary-ritual, origin of the twelfth century, with additions of the fourteenth century.
