Founded in the late fourteenth century as the Latin Church in 1564 is "church of the Greeks" with that of S. George. It was erected in the urban area where the place names still recall the presence of a hellenic community in the city : the same church stands on a street once called Via Forno dei Greci. The church was recently restored. Outside is simple and bare, with a raised entrance which is accessed through a double staircase. Inside is a single room, and contains many frescoes and wooden artefacts of Greek tradition. There is a precious wooden altar plated with gold and inlaid, which are depicted various figures of Eastern saints.
