Description:
The toponym of Parco del Casale Palagianello indicates the ravine that extends from north-west to south-west of the town. In the south, more wild and difficult to access, is preserved the church consecrated to the Holy Hermits, which is probably a hermit-anachoretic rock episode. Typological analysis (blind arches on the facade with burials) and metrology (use of "Byzantine foot") date the construction of the church back to the tenth century.
