The church of San Nicola Trimodiense is located in the historic centre. It dates back to 1104, when the bishop Desidio granted to inhabitants of the village of Trimoggia (hence the name) to move to the neighborhood of St. Andrea in Andria. The church was expanded in 1349 through the work of Bertrand's Leap, husband of Beatrice D'Anjou. In 1657 the Duke Fabrizio Carafa gave the church the altar was then replaced by a marble by Ettore Carafa II. Towards the end of the eighteenth century were initiated restoration work, completed in early 1800. Today it is home to the parish. In the restorations of the facade was rebuilt in neo-classical church with three portals, the largest being at the center. Inside the church has a single nave with side chapels full of painted canvas. Some of these were made by Vito Calo, painter of Molfetta and pupil of Giaquinto, one by Sebastiano Conca (the large canvas with Judah Maccabee winner of Nicanor). Among the other vestments, there are two marble holy water fonts supported by scrolls (eighteenth century); the high altar in Baroque style by Antonio Corradini, surmounted by a wooden crucifix of the century.
