| The little historical centre of Leporano, 23 km far away from Taranto and 28 meters above sea level, is built all around a majestic stone (the carparo) Castle, made build in '600 on a quadrangular plant close to an already existent Aragon centre. In the north-west of the castle there is a quadrangular tower that becomes low on a slope. |
