| It was built in XVI century perhaps Frisari family until it passed in the mid-eighteenth century to the family Tupputi. Gathered in the palace conspirators of the Diet of Puglia, summoned by Octavius Tipputi, who in the early decades of the nineteenth century wanted to give support to the Republic of South.
The new owners enlarged the building and embellished it with decorations.
Outside, the building has a facing of ashlar diamond typical of the area, and several balconies on the first floor dating from the seventeenth century. The interior is enhanced by granite columns from a temple of the ancient Numidia, North Africa region around Algiers. |
