Description:
The Church of St. Joseph, located halfway between Santa Maria di Leuca and Castrignano del Capo, was an ancient resting place for pilgrims who were headed to the Shrine of Leuca. Construction work began in 1617. The work was completed by the citizens of Castrignano and Salignano in 1630. On the entrance you can admire some baroque decorations. The church is opened on the feast of St. Joseph, March 19.
