| On the Montegrappa Hill, in 1940, was built the Church of the Madonna del Monte Grappa in memory of the the Fallen of the First World War, on the model of the Sanctuary on Monte Grappa in Veneto. The church was commissioned in 1938 by dr. Cesare Virgin, by veterans, by the soldiers, the maimed, the mothers and widows of the the Fallen of the First World War. |
