| The Mother Church of Muro Leccese, devoted to the Madonna Annunziata, was built between 1680 and 1693 on an existing church smaller.
The table, made of local stone, is an interesting Baroque style.
The interior has three naves and a short transept. The high altar (the first half of the seventeenth century) at first was in the church of Dominican convent.
Inside there are many paintings from the Baroque period of good quality. |
