The Parish Church, built between 1671 and 1676 far in the south of the village in order to be protected from floods, was consecrated to St. Helena. The building is a simple Baroque hall-church. The church´s late Gothic Mount of Olives relief and the high-altar picture (Virgin Mary´s Ascension, around 1700) are both well worth seeing.
