| Vizier’s mosque is the oldest preserved mosque in Gusinje. It was named after its founder Skadar Vizier Kara Mahmud-Pasha Bušatlija. The mosque was built in the mid-18th century. Because of its great attractiveness it is protected by law. The mosque has been rebuilt and renovated on several occasions, which caused some of its parts to lose their authenticity. The mosque was thoroughly repaired in 1992 with the endowments from the people of Gusinje temporarily residing in the United States.
