| With a typical medieval structure, the Church was almost entirely remodelled during the 1500s, but preserving the ancient 13th century crypt, divided into three small naves from 4 columns with capitals of the Corinthian order on the walls, while traces of frescoes dating from the 13th and 14th centuries are still visible.
The monocuspidata façade, from which the pre-existing staircase was removed, was replaced with the current two ramps and central gallery during the restorations in the fifties. The Interior was extensively modified in the 16th century with the construction of low arches that divide the three naves and with the addition of altars
