| Antonio Acquaviva had the building constructed at the end of the 14th century. It was renovated in the mid-16th century and again in the 18th century. The building sits on the remains of a Roman cistern and is now used by the municipality. The arcade around the courtyard continues the lines of the original building. The building houses the Museo Didattico degli Strumenti musicali medievali e rinascimentali. The museum features a collection of musical instruments from the 7th to 16th century that were rebuilt using historical information. |
