The church of St. Michael the Archangel has a nave with barrel vault and a semicircular apse. Built entirely of brick, the church has walls nearly two feet thick, which were obtained in the side altars and niches that were to house the statues of saints. The simplicity of the interior is emphasized by the decoration of the pilasters. Outstanding are the paintings of the apse, which were performed in 1931 by the artist Francis moscianese Patella. On the outer wall of the south side, you can see the arc of a portal, which leads us to believe that the main entrance was facing the square called Largo del Castello, the old part of the country, and that the old floor was higher the current one.
