In the center of the city, via Angeloni and specifically in Palazzo Sardis, is an important museum of Natural History of the Mountain Community Peligna. The museum consists of two distinct sections, the entomological and mineralogical. The first is dedicated to local insects and has about 7000 copies. This is a collection donated by the naturalist Mario Tirabassi. The other section is devoted to a collection of 1150 mineral specimens from around the world, representing more than 500 different species. Some examples are pyrite, quartz, hematite.
