Among the churches of the historic center of Surbo was the last to be built, in 1887.In the church has established the Confraternity of St. Pantaleon, founded the February 8, 1897. The facade of the church, simple, has two niches containing the left one the statue of St. Pantaleon, the right one the statue of Mary Immaculate designed by Professor Paolo Lani in 1991. The altar, first built in Baroque style, was restored after the Second Vatican Council, and in its place is now a crucifix resting on a marble plate. In a niche contains a statue of St. Pantaleon, then there are the statues of the Madonna Addolorata, and St. Louis.
