| Near the village are the ruins of the Cistercian abbey of Santa Maria Casanova, built in 1191. Among the ruins are many parts still recognizable: in addition to the tower and some sections of the walls, among the thorns you can find the most important buildings of the abbey as the cloisters, chapter house, refectory and of course the church. |
