It was probably erected in the middle of 1500. The church shows a front sail, with two rows connected by lateral scrolls surmounted by angels; the portal, however, is flanked by Corinthian columns bearing capitals carved eagle with spread wings, which incorporates the arms of reason Mattei. On the same note mixtilinear a large window and a statue of the Madonna and Child flanked by two angels. On the left side of the façade is the bell tower, erected in the second half of the eighteenth century, whose entablature is interrupted, as well as other towers of Salento
