Originally Romanesque style, founded on a pre-Romanesque crypt in the eleventh century, but from the seventeenth century, is attacked Baroque that radically transforms the interior. The church has three naves with three aligned domes over the central nave, a peculiarity of a few Romanesque buildings throughout Italy.
