| Founded in the sixteenth century by the family de Luca, in 1772 became the residence of the family Giovene.
The facade is in Renaissance style, and presents a valuable portal carved in low relief, fitted with lintel and upper string-course; the door was added to a round arch, framed laterally by two Ionic columns on which to stand the statues of a warrior and a musician, left and right respectively. In 1965 it was demolished on the third floor, due to static instability. Other restoration projects were conducted between 1976 and 1981. The building now houses the headquarters of the Municipal Council also include the Gallery of Contemporary Art which houses works by important local artists and a collection of scale models of horse-drawn transport vehicles typical of the area.
In the Council Chamber had found their way along the walls, the portraits of the Gallery of Illustrious Men Molfetta.
