| The building is located in the historic center. It was founded in the mid-nineteenth century. Since 1991 is owned by the Ministry for Cultural Heritage. The building is neoclassical in style, and was designed by architect Luigi Castellucci and commissioned by Giulia Viesti. In the museum: artifacts from the Neolithic to the early centuries of the Roman age; vases and pottery, metal objects, red-figured Attic vase of Talos Painter (fifth century BC). |
