The palace belonged to the family Avitaja, nobles from Campania. It was built in the late sixteenth century and was completed in the first half of the seventeenth century. Should stand up for monumentality and prestige to the nearby castle. The facade is simple and sober, the Renaissance style. The building has three floors. There are a large portal entrances and three children. The palace is now the City Hall.
