| The historical centre is protected by a strong elliptic wall of the '600 in which there are three great doors. The smart populated district is remained almost intact still today and is made up, mainly, of classical noble palaces with the rococo style and where there are pleasant surfaces wanted by Andrea Saraceno, the lord who, with his family, became the owner of the feud in 1720.
He renewed Palazzo Marchesale, widening the Muscettola family's castle (15th century). The lord Saraceno kept only the shrieks, giving his palace a wonderful face. |
