| The seminary was housed, purchased by the City in 1812, formerly a prison and occupied by municipal offices. In 1821 the town of Terlizzi assigned to the diocese, seminary for use, some rooms of the suppressed convent of the Friars Minor Observant, and in 1841 granted for that destination the entire building, which was enlarged and rebuilt in neoclassical style in 1844. However, the complex of the seminar was partly unfinished. It is currently used as a cultural center.
