| Each year in August there is an annual tournament in Baban which is a tilting at the ring and dates from 1686. It is popular with locals and tourists. The festival involves people wearing traditional folk costumes, use of old weapons on horseback and riders entourage. It was first organised by Franjo Loredan, stopped for a few years and then reintroduced in 1976.
