The Villa Gianna in the village of Lovran along the Opatija Riviera was built in the Secessionist style and was erected in the Habsburg era. Attilo Maguolo designed the villa in 1904 and included Corinthian columns in his plan as well as winged dragons holding shields. The villa is un-missable as it is painted in a pink mauve colour.
