Airport City Belgrade or (ACB) is a business park in Novi Beograd, Serbia. ACB is multi-use commercial facility. The project is often called "City within a City", spreading over an area of 14 hectares. Upon completion ACB spans 186 000 square meters. The construction of the project was led by “Africa-Israel and Tidhar Construction”. The project was completed in 2007. Construction started in 2005. The total investment was worth €120 million. ACB is a complex of 12 all glass buildings that are be used for office and retail space. There are six identical 7-story buildings. One of the 17 storey towers will be Crowne Plaza Hotel. The park is fully landscaped and includes restaurants, cafe's, Retail shops, dry-cleaning, stationary/office supplies, a post office and bank branches. ACB is located in Novi Beograd's Block 65. It is situated in the former field of Dojno polje, at the location of the old Belgrade airport (thus the name) of Bežanija. The airport built in 1927, destroyed by the Germans in 1944, and became defunct in 1962 when the new airport near the village of Surčin was finished (today's Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport). Mercedes Benz, DHL, Siemens and other companies are located close to ACB in Novi Beograd, which is an emerging Central Business District. The buildings are located near (900 meters from) the Euro-Motorway E-75. Several lines of transportation are planned for day-and-night travel. Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport is ten minutes away by car.
