Description:
Dedicated to the Assumption of Our Lady, the Baroque church of the Cistercian Abbey was built between 1732 and 1752. The two highly decorated towers on the facade were constructed subsequently. The high altarpiece was painted by Maulbertsch. The western main gate leads into the porch on whose facade three smaller frescoes can be seen. (www.vendegvaro.hu)
