| The church is documented since 1500, but it is certainly older. It stood near the Convent of Discalced Carmelites, located near the Port of Melfi. In the nineteenth century, it housed some of the functions of the Civil Hospital. From 1945 until 1987 was the headquarters of the Brotherhood of SS. Sacramento, and today is home to the parish. The interior is classic, with a central dome and vault decorated with an image of the Madonna above the altar. The side chapels contain the statues of the procession of the Mysteries, the second half of the eighteenth century.
