| The Archaeolocigal Museum was founded in 1933. it is currently building at Iliceto, after being housed for years in Casieri Palace (XIX century, is currently closed for restoration). In the collection there are archaeological finds, and especially local history, ranging from the prehistoric to the medieval period (about 2000 samples): inscriptions, sculptures, reliefs, marbles, coins, jewelry, pottery, lamps and other material from the necropolis of Canosa. |
