| The palace was built around 1830 by Michael Fracchiolla. The building has two levels. The facade is neoclassical, with smooth rustication at lower level and two pairs of columns that lock the main door and ascend to the upper balcony. In 1933 the building was sold to Dominic Minerva. Of particular interest is the central hall of the fresco depicting a gallery open on a bright blue sky on which dancing putti. The building was donated by Archbishop Francesco Minerva to the city because there was houses the Cathedral Museum.
