Dedicated to the Virgin, was the seat of the Bishops of Minervino since the eleventh century until 1818 (the year when the diocese was suppressed). Rebuilt in between 1500 and 1600 on the site of previous building built in Norman times, was consecrated in 1608. The façade, built of white limestone, has a Romanesque rose window, and three Renaissance portals.
