Description:
The skeletons that decorate the tympanum of the portal recall the funeral destination of this place of worship, built in mid 1600 by Ferdinand III Orsini as a mortuary chapel of the family (in this refer the bears on either side of the entrance). Francesco Guarino created for the interior painting of the Virgin of the Suffrage altar, while Angelo Solimena completed the other works.
