| The mosque was built in 1774. Its construction was financed by Fatima, the wife of Skadar-Vizier Kara Mahmud-Pasha Bušatlija, as a token of her gratitude towards her father Redžep-aga. The minaret is solidly made of pine wood. It is finely shaped and decoratively carved, especially in the upper zone where the gallery and the roof are situated. The minaret is 14 m high; it is quite slender and much higher than other minarets in Plav.
